Protest The Hero

Protest The Hero is an award-winning Canadian progressive metal band from Whitby, Ontario. The Protest line-up has stayed the same since the band formed in 1999. They originally used the name Happy Go Lucky but changed it before releasing their first EP, A Calculated Use of Sound.

The band has released videos for the songs "The Divine Suicide of K," "Blindfolds Aside," and "Heretics and Killers," from their album Kezia. From Fortress, they've released videos for "Spoils," "Sequoia Throne," and "Limb from Limb." The band has played alongside Bad Religion and Anti-Flag.
