How long will it take to receive my MusicSkin?

All orders are shipped via USPS First Class mail, which does not have tracking capabilities. Most Orders take 7-10 days to arrive, but in some cases orders may take 2-3 weeks to arrive. Please allow 3 weeks for delivery before contacting customer service at .

How do I apply my new MusicSkin?

  1. Clean Your Device
  2. Examine Your MusicSkin & Apply Your MusicSkin
  3. Take your time. It might take a couple tries to get your skin on perfectly. Be gentle you don't need to pull hard to remove the skin. It will re-apply very easily.
  4. Pick a starting point on your Skin on the edge (preferably the largest area of the Skin).
  5. Line it up over the top of your device as closely as possible. A good guide is to find a couple of buttons on your device close together and start applying the Skin there.
  6. Carefully apply the Skin to the device making sure it lines up with all the button openings and curves on your device.
  7. For curved devices, such as the iPhone, push down on the corners first, then flatten the edges.
  8. If the Skin does not line up correctly, carefully peel it off and try again. Repeat this process until you are stylin'!

If I have air bubbles how do I remove them?

The beauty of the MusicSkin is that it has patented Avery air release technology which allows you to simply push the air bubbles out.

How do I download and use my wallpaper?

Wallpapers are for the iPod Touch, iPhone, and iPhone 3G.

Instructions for Mac Users

  1. Go to our Download Section
  2. Click on your favorite wallpaper to download the file
  3. Drag your new wallpapers into iPhoto
  4. Create an album called "MusicSkins Wallpapers"
  5. Connect your iPhone or Touch to your Mac
  6. In iTunes, go to the Photo settings area of your iPhone or Touch and select the "MusicSkins Wallpapers" album
  7. Click Apply - Now you're Fresh!

Instructions for PC Users

  1. Go to our Download Section
  2. Click on your favorite wallpaper to download the file
  3. Create a folder called "MusicSkins Wallpapers" and drag you new wallpapers into it
  4. Connect your iPhone or Touch to your PC
  5. In iTunes, go to the Photo settings area of your iPhone or Touch and select the "MusicSkins Wallpapers" album
  6. Click Apply – Now you're Fresh!

Will MusicSkins leave any residue on my device if I want to remove them?

Our skins won't leave any residue! The patented Avery vinyl allows you to remove your MusicSkins for the latest style without anything bad happening to your device. Don't be fooled by cheap, imitation, skin products!

Will my device still fit in my bag, case, dock, armband, or iTrip?

YES! Our skins add almost zero bulk so you can still use them with most other accessories. For our friends out there who drop their device daily we recommend a hard clear case to keep your skins from getting bruised!

Are MusicSkins reusable?

MusicSkins are designed to be used once. However, unlike other cheap, imitation, skin companies out there whose products can't stand up to a bad application job or a switch aroo, MusicSkins can be re-used if you're careful with them. Make sure to keep the original back sheet so you can place your skin right back onto it. To keep it fresh and re-usable, place it under a book!

How do I return or exchange my MusicSkin?

You may return your unused MusicSkins for exchange or refund, to the address below, within 14 days of purchase. Custom skins are returnable for credit or exchange only. Please note that all shipping charges are non-refundable.
